SKOOL OF THOUGHT

You Might Be Closer Than You Think… or Not

There’s a point in every official’s career where things start to feel… unclear.

You’re working games.
You’re putting in time.
You’re doing what you think is right.

But the results don’t always match the effort.

You see others getting opportunities.
You wonder what they’re doing differently.
You start asking quiet questions to yourself that don’t always have clear answers.

And most of the time, it’s not because you’re not capable.

It’s because there are a few things happening beneath the surface that most officials don’t see.

Things that don’t show up in the box score.
Things that don’t get explained after a game.
Things that don’t get corrected… until much later, if at all.

What makes it tougher is this:

A lot of these things feel like you’re doing them right.

Until you realize… you’re not.

And by then, time has already passed.

That’s the part I wish I understood earlier.

Not more rules.
Not more mechanics.

Just a clearer understanding of what actually moves the needle — and what quietly keeps you in the same place.

Tonight, we’re talking about it.

We’re going live at 7:30pm ET and walking through something we’re calling:

The Referee Advancement Blueprint

No fluff. Just perspective.

If you’re already in the community, you’ll see the post with the details.

If you’re not — you can still join us.

Just make sure you sign up before the call starts. There are a couple quick steps to get approved, and I don’t want you missing it once we go live.

Even if you just sit in and listen…

you might hear something that changes how you see your entire path forward. 🚀

Yes, there’s learning. But the real purpose?

They’re deciding who they can trust. Who they want to bring back. Who they’re willing to take a chance on. And if you’re not prepared… it shows.
